Does Sarah Palin really worry about anyone using witchcraft against her? A story online today states that 3 years ago, just before she ran for governor, she was blessed by a Kenyan pastor to protect her from witchcraft.

Doubtful. She was probably being polite and didn't think it would hurt anything.

Politicians often do things to display a respect for other cultures. I am not a supporter of the woman, but I would not drag on her about THIS one. This is the only thing she's done that I've heard about recently which I actually have even the wee-est bit of respect for!

I asked a question about that a couple of days ago, redcatt. His name is "mouthee" or something. He is a professional witch hunter, apparently. He visited Kenya and supposedly many "witches" were beaten to exorcise their demons! I don't know. I didn't know that any religion of today believed in witches, let alone have ceremonies to protect against them. Somehow that doesn't seem very Christian to me at all. But then, I don't know all the Dogma of all the religions. Happy Friday! :) ((hugs))
