  • Good question, Capitalism is accepted by most of the world's countries. There's this whole process of becoming a communist nation, this doesn't just happen from day to night. it takes years, and the slow incline of the country's origional state of governement. After the country starts making it's workers work for it's well being, only then could it be called a ''Communist'' country. This process is a very long and weary process for the country, the government slowly deceives the people into working for them and driving it's economy. They start out by the use of propaganda. I won't explain the whole process, because it's very complicated.
  • Lets first define the terms. Capitalism: An economic system in which an individual or a small group of individuals have control over the means of production (i.e. factories, raw materials..etc) Socialism: An economic system based on the idea of public ownership of the means of production. Similar in nature to the Fire Department, Police Department, public schools or any other publicly owned entity. Uses planned economy instead of market forces alone. Compensation is not equal, the farmer who creates more is payed more. From each according to their ability, to each according to their deed. Communism: An economic system based on the idea of public ownership of production. According to Marxian thought, communism cannot occur until most work is autonomous, leaving people to do what they want (far future). Actual communism, according to Marx, is supposed to be distinguished by no state (government). Now onto the transition. Capitalism is different than the modes of production before, namely feudal vassalism, in that people used to work as individuals, each a craftsmen who sold their own wares. Capitalism results in accumulation of capital and power, and as such, labour. People have come together to work, another way to say that is they work socially.(as opposed to individually) However they do not own socially. Because capitalism brought about social work, eventually, according to theory, people will be fed up with the fact that very few of them have a chance of owning, and that they have to work to survive while others merely own to survive. This will bring about social ownership. This stage is none as socialism. No models were made by Marx, so all models so far are interpretations. There is no reason a nation cannot be fully socialist and have the same rights which we are accustomed to. Historically, all nations that have turned socialist/communist have never had anything but dictatorship before it, so it is easy to see why their brand of socialism/communism resulted the way it did. After socialism has progressed long enough, technology will have reached the point where most work is done by machines. At this point communism can exist. This is all according to Marxist thought of course, which is generally the main brand of socialist/communist thought. When man can take any commodity he wants just like he breathes air, there will be little greed as no man would breathe as fast as he could for his whole life in an attempt to get more air than everyone else. Just in that same sense, resources are so abundant and work is so seldom that people are free to pursue whatever it is that really interests them. This is of course supposed to be the very last stage in human productive forces developement, so it is very far off indeed. Also, communism is supposed to be based on free relation of all to all, so government is no longer necessary. As you can see, all governments in the past which have made the claim to being communist are all farces. They are nothing more than totalitarian dictatorial governments, whose economy was based on government control. This is of course an extremly simplified explanation of all this, and there are many factors which I could go on forever about. I hope this helped.
  • It won't....unless Obama wins.
  • I BEG TO DIFFER !!!! The fall and failure of many governments lead to new political systems forming. Commmunism was a response to the shitty government coming about during the late 1800s. When capitalism fails Socialism prevails!!! Many poor Countries are associated with communism because only strong capitalistic countries (countries that are pig rich) have a strong capital income.
  • England, Canada nor the Scandanavian countries who have been Socialistic for years have turned Communist. Just because you are a Socailistic country does not mean you will turn Communist.
  • thats just stupid. noone believes that garbage. if u do i have some crap to sell u!!!!!!!
  • it wont
  • It will not. China is a communist nation in name only. Instead they are a nation of capitalists with a government nominally communist. Communism doesn't work. It is based upon the notion that no one wants a government, and that folks don't need it. As it stands now, every 'communistic' regime invariably leads to dictatorship. Witness Stalin. What America has been shown is that Free-Market Capitalism that promotes Capitalism and suppresses Unions and restrains worker safety and customer rights- is morally bankrupt. The Neo-Cons have shown their true colors: They're not interested in the platform of the Republican party, they simply want MORE. And what their actions have shown- is that they're more in favor of a Feudalistic society. With themselves as the overlords. What is considered to be Socialism by the American Capitalists, is something that Unions have demanded for generations, often with their life blood: A share of the profits, and a living wage. What
