  • Sometimes, but probably not too often. It all just depends on how difficult the birth was for the mother. If there was alot of tearing, then no. If the birth was easy with almost no tearing, then yes. It usually takes a week or two to recover, sometimes longer (this really just depends on the woman and her current state of health). And, no, being a teen probably won't help you heal faster because there are more difficult pregnancies for teenagers than any other age group. You're better off waiting until your body is more prepared for this sort of thing. Early 20's is the best time for any woman to give birth.
