I need some legal help eith this one because first I do not know who made the false accusation, second the write-up was revised with one accusation removed and last I am here to resolve this issue. I am not one to run from a blatant lie. This is a very serious issue where two protected-classes of people are concerned. I need a legal answer. No smart remarks because you are so bored you are on this site.
  • what kind of job is it. there arent many lawyers on this site, looking for jobs... you are making an immature move coming to this site if its that important. Why dont you call a law firm or have someone qualified represent your side... nobody on answer bag will be able to fully help you...
  • Your best course of action is to go to your bosses boss, and explain the situation. It is unlawful for you to be fired in retaliation, but it is not unlawful to fire you (or discipline you) for cause. An accusation, even if false, is cause. Most companies will try to avoid the appearance of impropriety by taking the boss (who you where a whistle blower on) out of the decision making process. Most companies would also do an investigation of the accusation, and document their findings.
