  • www.pparx.org.. not all drugs are included but this help you a LOT
  • What? Insurance or prescription meds? When I have to buy meds for my dog, (his prescription costs about $1000 at most pharmacies) I go to Costco. It's considerably cheaper there. If you are looking for insurance, go through your employer or your spouse's employer. It's always cheaper to go through them.
  • foreign countries are a possibility (check out canada or india). also check out generic prescriptions. walmart offers $4 prescriptions for many popular drugs. now i think giant foods has also joined that bandwagon with $10 & under prescriptions.
  • Many drug companies offer free samples of long term prescription drugs if you do not have insurance. Speak to the prescribing physician. If this is not a long term drug then I would call around and ask for price quotes from the local pharmacies.
