It doesn't matter. I was on another website last spring that had a counter for how many times a message was viewed. You might be talking to two people, and the message had been viewed 830 times. Who were those other 827 people? Who knows? Its the same here. You may only be talking to a couple of people, but who knows how many other people are viewing the message and the thread.

Probably but I don't know what they would gain by doing it. If I put out the info, then they can't hurt me because what I said was true. How would they abuse it? I guess I don't understand the question.

I believe there are quite a few people here like that, some as active members and many we know nothing about, maybe not even members, just looking at the information, like at many websites.
