  • forethought/repercussions. if they know that something bad will happen and do it anyways, they're immature. if they don't know what will happen, and feel bad about something bad that results, they're a kid at heart. if they don't know and don't care, they're free spirited.
  • A sense of wonder and curiosity, I think. Being childish is not the same as being a kid at heart; my sense of 'childishness' is a squinty-eyed squalling child *knowing* that the world is centered around him, and throwing a tantrum to remind it -- to remind the rest of the world, that is -- of the fact. He's also closed to any other possibilities than what is on his mind *right now*. So, not curious at all. But 'a kid at heart' and a free spirit don't have to prove or align anything -- the world already *does* revolve around them, and all they want to do is play with it. And their curiosity and wonder are reflected in their faces -- as they realize that the world likes to play with them, too.
  • I always wondered this about myself and Ryan couldn't have said it better. I used to be immature because I didnt care what happened. But even though I have grown and learned... I'm still positive and have a care free opinion of life in gerneral. Even though I have responsibilities like everyone else. I will abide by general rules. But I just feel going through life all straight faced and worrying all the time is not for me. I want to see the good in all and just have fun, Misery is only temporary even if you think it will last forever.
