Not often enough, I did it for waterboarding recently.

I don't unsubscribe from any of the 40 or so categories I participate in. I did it once. It took me 2 days to get it strraightened out. Thanks for asking your Q! I enjoyed answering it! I don't answer political questions. I have used the "unsubscribe" button twice. Once by accident and the other to stay out of the Penalty Box. lol.
