i used to always dress in full Pjs. then i went to siglet and undies... now i have just gone to undies. my boobs tend to pall out of singlets when i sleep and it is not too comfy at all and i get too hot to wear any other type of shirt, and plus i get begged to sleep nude any way, so the best thing to shut them up is to take ya clothes off haha

Yes I always do. I have a circulation problem and clothing will bind you in areas and cause even worse circulation problems. I find I rest better without.

I almost always sleep naked. I love the feel of clean sheets and cuddling directly with the covers. Bedtime is time for freedom and relaxing, to let yourself breathe and enjoy losing the restraints of the day you may have had.

Are you kidding? It would cost a fortune to keep the house warm enough for that. I've made flannel pajamas and outdoor weight polar fleece pajamas for the whole family. In winter we turn the heat way down at night and wear flannel under fleece. My next project is going to be old fashioned nightcaps.

I am not sure. How do you sleep naked? I do it without any clothes. Seems to be the best way but I am open to new ideas.
