Complete and utter disregard for other human beings.

Cell phones...refuse to own one and when I talk to someone on one, the reception/clarity generally sucks. Do people really need to be constantly in contact with others?

Lack of empathy. I see more and more of it...people with no apparent understanding or feelings for what others are going through...as long as they're OK is all that seems to matter.
