Should i join the navy since im barely getting past highschool? i mean if i tried harder i go strait to college but the navy trains people to do what they want. it seems worth it.

If you've researched it thoroughly and feel it would be good for you, then by all means. Just don't do this as a "nothing else worked" sort of last resort, okay?

The Navy only trains you for those jobs that they believe you are qualified for. Have you taken your Armed Services Vocational Aptitude Battery (ASVAB)? If not, talk to the Navy recruiter about doing so. Find out what exactly they will train you for before you make this decision.
