I would. Regardless of my part in raising the child his/her history will always be his/her history and he/she has every right as an adult to know as much as possible about what that history is.

Yes, and you tell them early on what there history is. You don't lie to your kids, just like you don't want them to lie to you.

I definitely would. It'd be a betrayal to want to seemingly erase their history like that.

Yes as when the child gets older they will have questions about where they came from and a family tree will answer those for them.:)
