I suppose you can call me a sceptic, I'd like to believe and kind of hold on to the thought but when you're having so much bad luck it's difficult to believe, I often wonder but have had no reason to believe, do you believe, any specific reason? :0)

i know what your trying to say because if my wife had never given birth to her daughter at that time in her life,they would have found the cervical cancer later on,thankfully she was caught early & given the all clear,BUT when my next door neighbours daughter (11) dies & doctors cannot give a reason why yet after 2 monnths & then my step daughter best friends sister (14) gets killed by a dumptruck whilst reversing,i have to question where were their guardian angels in their time of need. It seem angels if existing have a dirty job to do sometimes to keep him upstairs from being alone but trust me,those parents are not taking much comfort or consolation in the old adage that their child has gone to heaven

Beyond the shadow of a doubt! I have been VERY protected since I ws a small child. Their presence is almost physical, especially during possibly deadly times, or when I have been threatened by another person.

No I do not. I do not believe in them or gods or devils or spooks or any of that. I do, however believe in the physical world we see every day because the physical world is real and we collectively confirm it's existence. The rest is based on superstitions in hopes that all the rotten things we do will be magically forgiven just because we try to appease imaginary beings. We might do just as well to throw virgins into volcanoes and hope for the rains to come in the spring without flooding us and for our crops to grow and blah, blah, blah... I bet a lot of you women out there are darn glad they abandoned the virgin/volcano crap, huh?
