My neighbhours 11 year old boy wants to play with my 4 year old boy. is the age gap inapropriate if so any advice?

I do not beleive it is that unusual. It needs to be noted that the play be on a level where the 4 year old can be involved. It would not hurt to keep an eye on both. mr Bill
