ICQ (i seek you lol) for your computer is basicly an instant messaging program that was very popular back before the days of MSN or AIM or W.E.. Instead of using your e-mail address as a contact and adding other people's e-mail addresses into your contact list.. you use a 8 digit number (i still remember my 8 digit number from 7 years ago.. but this 8 digit number has probably gotten larger) ICQ had the option to customize the look of it and how it function, but it had also lead to mass spam by bots where they will randomly choose a ICQ contact and send ads for things like dating services and porn. Viruses also had a way to leak into the program and starting mass sending to everyone else.. but thats what i remember from 7 years ago, it has to have gotten better.. One thing that ICQ was better for, was that you could send messages even when the user wasn't on, and the message would pop up when you log in.. if you've ever used ICQ, "Uh-Oh" is probably the greatest sound you'll ever hear lol,
