You're reading My friend has worked at the airport since July.When hired he was told he would work 40 hrs over the course of 5 days w/2 consec. days off (req.).His days off are Mon & Tues. He has been mandated to work Monday. Is he being railroaded? Where do I find info

Even if its including the other 5 days and he was told that he was required to have 2 consecutive days off?

One Monday is OK so long as he gets overtime or comp time (required by FLSA).
