I have heard that he did, Anti-Semantic. However, even if he didn't, the lack of a stable father figure in a boy's life has been known to lead to pedophilia and/or homosexuality.

Perhaps not his father, but yes, it is likely that someone M.J. trusted abused that trust in the form of some type of molestation. I say this from my vast experience listening to Dr. Drew on Love Lines. Cheers!

other children have alleged that some family members were molested, but not by Joe. Joe just beat the crap out of them and made them work at the age of 6 to feed the family.

No...joe was too busy beating the shit out of his wife to have had time to molest all those kids. From what I have read Joe was a jerk...a terrible father and a horrible husband. Just what I heard

I'd say it is entirely possible. But the thing I've wondered about is this: at the heart of most molesters is a frightened child who never grew up. The molester usually doesn't think of himself as an adult, but as a fellow child. He doesn't see himself as preying on a child, but as a child with a child. Michael Jackson was the lead singer of the Jackson Five and the sound of the band was built around his childish soprano. When his voice started to change, there was much talk, both by the media and by his father as I recall, that the band was going to fold and not be popular anymore because of him. The tone was fairly accusatory, as I recall (I'm a little bit younger than him), and pre-teens are really good at blaming themselves for things anyway. At the time and only a child myself, I thought it was a terrible burden to put on him and wondered what the fallout would be. I figured he wouldn't want to grow up and be at fault for that huge hitmaker of a band failing. And I believe that is exactly what we saw.
