Yup, and for my opinion. If someone doesn't truly want others opinions, they shouldn't ask. If they don't hear what they want they're gonna downrate!

i am sure i have but points don't matter to me much now that i have a few... when i first got here i was racing to ask the most point worthy q's and a's that i could think of... now the opinions and facts of everyone is what i consider more valuable... so i ask those controversial questions whether i know i will be dr'ed or not

yep. If you don't want to be DRd than stay away from the religious categories. If you have ever been to YA R& S categories OMG. It's nothing but DRs.. Every atheist DRs all Christian answers. All Christians Drs all atheist questions and answers. It gets funny after a while.

Yes !!! But it dose not bother me. For I got the point across. My Lord took much more pain, than I did. So the less I could do, is stand up for Him. No matter what happens. For by doing so. I know I am doing His will. And that to me, is all that matters in this life........M.C.S.

I don't think ratings should be a measure of how much you agree with a statement. Well come to think of it, it isn't. Answer bag labels them as "helpful" and "not helpful", so an answer which opposed your views could easily be helpful in many situations. If people followed that system correctly there wouldn't be any problems!
