There are. Two cylinder seals have been discovered in Tlatilco and Tabasco, respectively. Considering that the Lamanites swore repeatedly that they would destroy all the Nephite records (e.g. Enos 1:14, Mormon 2:17, Mormon 6:6), the fact that only two have been found, so far, is really not surprising. http://www.cometozarahemla.org/egyptian/reformedegyptian.html
