  • It all boils down to not getting restful sleep. The body has a way falling asleep when it becomes tired but restful sleep is what the body needs. This is more common in those that have an over active mind. either from trying to solve issues or over stressed at night when trying to sleep. Inform your doctor and he can point you in the right direction of how to determine how bad it is, so you can be treated the best possible way.
  • I would try vitamins. You could be suffering from a deficiency.
