Has the Five question each user per hour been discarded, or is it just that some people are ignoring the rule.?

I don't know but this one person has asked the same question at least 10 times in the last 5 minutes so something needs to be done or enforced or something.

I think it's 20 questions per hour now, 5 per 15 minutes.

Thanks for telling me about the rule. Today I haven't posted any questions at all but a few weeks ago I was firing off more than 10 questions an hour with 50 or 60 posted in a single day.

I never heard that rule before, and I assume many haven't. I hope that this rule can become publicly acknowledged, and that it becomes an offense to break it. I am all about quality and feel this would certainly increase the value of contributions. Answerbag ought not to be stream of consciousness. It feels as overwhelming and overbearing as spam! I say, reinstate the rule. If you are too inquisitive for 5 x 24 questions per day, then maybe something is wrong! I don't think questions that are shot at me like a round of heavy artillery are much more than tedious quantity, for the most part.

think it should be 5 per day personally then maybe the ones with good questions will get multiple good answers insead of them getting lost.
