I can't see any country ignorant enough to do such a thing,for it would ultimately be the end of the world as we know it.All would die,if not right away they would die within months from radiation poisoning.Even if one is in an underground bunker, they would have to stay there about 100 years.

The chances of a nuclear war occurring are always there even in the most peaceful times! A technological error or a human error can trigger the cascade release of offensive weapons at any time! To keep these weapons maintained and ready is completely wrong and is inviting the worst possible event!
