absolutly because out anatomy is not designed to do it. it could be possible with invetro to, in men, recreate a rare gestational accident where the baby grows off the liver. highly dangerous and requires a C-section. it is really stupid when women try compairing it to us peeing out a watermellon, not only would something the size of a peanut likely split us, but we do not enjoy ANYTHING, much less something as thick as our organ, going into said organ.

Men would be in dwindling supply. if you're asking if a man's paternal instict is more important to him than his desire to avoid physical pain, then it really depends on the man, and the culture he lives in. In America, even the women are becoming less and less inclined to endure pregnancy to experience motherhood. look at the abortion rate...
