I want to know if there is grant money available to purchase a new farm tractor in New York State. Either at a federal or state level or even via a private group.

What gives you the right to ask others to help buy the tools of your trade? Then again, far too many farmers have been sucking at the public teat for FAR too long ... getting paid NOT to plant crops, the entire Ethanol fraud, and a plethora of equally distasteful government-inspired wealth-transfer schemes. Take out a loan or sell a few assets. That's how ordinary business people finance capital expenditures.
