If a women is claiming rape, but she told her cousin that she had sex and and that he nutted in me, and I am afraid that I am going to get pregnant .But told her friend first differently,(that she was raped) Do I have a case?

First you need to convince that person (raped) that what was happened to her was bad, and that that guy have no rite to do it to here, and that he need to be hunt by low, so actually you need her confession, so than you sure have a case.
