i think we are sailing on the same boat,it appears to me the brain has got so used to smoking,to keep itself working,i tried to quit atleast 10000 times,the best treatment is to accept the side affects without worrying about it.

When I had to quit due to my pregnancy I wanted to be natural about it. I would crunch on slivers of bell pepper when a craving hit me. The crunch helped with the mental, and a bell pepper contains nicotine naturally so that helped curb the physical addiction. Just refuse to give in to that urge, that's really the only way. I had laser therapy 3 years ago and haven't smoked since. I hate the smell now. Painless and not that expensive. Cheaper than a months worth of cigarettes.

Well if you are still enjoying smoking cigarettes, maybe you will never be able to quit. You need to hate smoking in order to overcome this habit.
