I would say so. if this is one of the cases of a woman regretting her choice trying to tall it rape I wish you luck. otherwise our legal system doesn't have harsh enough punishments.

In my opinion, absolutely not. The question of whether or not it was rape came LONG before ejaculation. IF she said "No" at any time and he wouldn't stop. That's rape. She may ALSO be scared of getting pregnant, and especially terrified of it happening during a rape.

So the woman *wasn't* angry at all prior to learning that? Not quite sure of the actual scenario. That withstanding, from a female perspective, risk of pregnancy is one of the fears. There is the exposure to potential STD's. And if it wasn't consensual sex, then being ejaculated into adds another element of being invaded and violated. And a very physical lingering presence of sensation & smell.
