she should consider the time difference, otherwise if she starts taking it at 9am over here, then maybe wait a few days apart from that it should be fine. ive got the same problem, going from usa to the UK

Well the answer depends on if she is staying in the USA and plans on adjusting her life to the new time or not. If she does plan on adjusting to this new time (as in staying for a long while) then she should most likely skip a dose and taking it at the next time that falls on the time she wants to switch too. If she is only here for a visit, it is ideal for her to stay on the medication, observing the Vietnam clock not the USA clock for medication.

She's coming here to live for a year, so she'll be getting used to the time zone. We'll be having sex when she gets here next week, though.

Consider the time difference. She can make the switch to 9am in the US, but you will have to wait a week to have sex. (One must take birth control consistently, without big time gaps, for at least one week for it to be most effective)

since she is only staying a few days she should definently consider the time change, that way when she goes back she will be on schedule. otherwise she might accidently overdose.
