Yes, go to a yarn manufacturers website, such as Lion, Red Heart, or Yarnlady.com (not affiliated with me) and do a search for florescent yarn. There are many different weights and fibers.

How much do you need and what weight? I have tons of yarn in my attic, and I can look if you tell me how much you need.

If you can't find it make your own with a high lighter.You can mix high lighter into bubbles,and have glow in the dark bubbles with a black light.You should try it.
