  • One costs a couple of dollars per kilo, the other a couple of dollars for one. The taste is quite different. Try making a Thai chili dish with lime, then try the same again with lemon. Big difference. Plus, one's green, the other turns yellow. Either goes great with Gin and Tonic, or even both.
