I would say the melody, almost anyone can string rhyming words together.

Both would be equally challenging for me. However, I can't help but think both parts offer their own challenges. True, it doesn't take much to rhyme words, but they have to scan well with the music.

For me i find the lyrics harder, probably because i am dyslexic.(as is evidanced by the spelling in all my answers!)

Yes, I would say the melody. I've written at least one poem a day for over three years now, so the lyrics part wouldn't seem like it should be that hard, but as I'm "musically-challenged", the melody would be torment for me.
