I would have to say the word "like". Maybe it's not the most frequently used word out of all of the others in the english dictionary but is used so many times, incorrectly by a vast amount of teenergers. "It's like just so like toatally like wired, you like know?"

In Missouri, it's "ig'nant." Seriously (which is another good one), down here everybody says it, no one actually knows what it means, and no one can ever pronounce it with the correct number of syllables.
