Yes but young girls can too! I'm 17 and sometimes walking down the halls of high school makes me feel like I am in a perfume store! I only use two sprays of Victoria's Secret perfume daily and it is not overwhelming! Old ladys use the perfume that one spray lasts in a room for 3 hours!

hahaha i think they do, but usually its a bottle they have had for years so its stale which makes it worse .:)
