  • oh yea, its really hard when you get into a fight and they end up being right, it's even harder when you have to swallo your pride and say they are right...
  • I'm inclined to focus my attention on sources that have proven themselves to be right in the past. And of course, everyone's interpretation of which sources and facts are "Right" is based largely on their personal opinion. So yes to the first part, not necessarily to the second part, and in any case, I'm no more guilty of human subjectivity than anyone else.
  • I'd like to think that I'm open-minded enough to know that "I might be wrong," and give others a chance to speak their minds, even if they might PROVE me wrong. However, once I'm dealing with immaturity, irrationality, or low-blows, the argument is over. I'm gone! I'll take on a "fair" argument anytime. I'm stubborn as hell, but I've admitted to being wrong before, at the end of a rational argument with someone whose stance opposed my own.
