If you can find a video hosting website, you can upload the video you want to show on your myspace page there. I suggest Photobucket. After you have uploaded it, copy and paste the tag it gives you into the section you want your video to appear in. Hope this helps. :)

Are talking about an existing video on myspace? I open the page source and find the <embed> code there...
