Moral values and the law of God. Even if you are not Christian, I know if your child has firm values and know how to discern right from wrong, it will be good when he grows up and he/she will have less problems(the kind immoral people get into) and more tools to solve the ones that will come to him as part of life.

Train them in the way of the Lord.

Let your actions reflect your faith. This is what kids pick up first. They are keen to contradictions too.
