  • Time, patience on your behalf and most importantly, if they ask you for forgiveness (if its called for of course). And if they do ask, forgive them straight away and drop the baggage.
  • I had a boyfriend, he was ok until he threw up his beer back into the glass he was drinking it out of. I don't know what it would have taken to get back in my good grace, I stopped talking to him. I really don't know what that was all about because I'm no saint and I'm sure I've grossed out my share of people.
  • Usually, if I take you off of my list you don't get back on it.
  • I was flirting with this guy and he kissed me and said he was in love with me, less than a week after our kiss he kissed my friend! After I confronted him with it he said I was pushing him into a relationship, and it was him who had kissed me and come on to me. So I got offended and didn't speak to him again for maybe 8 months. Over summer we worked at the same building so I saw him every now and then, and he'd gotten into a stable relationship within that time, so I kinda forgave it (by committing to this other girl he shows to me that he's not just a manwhore like I first thought). Now he is engaged to his girlfriend and Im happy for them both, although I still kinda want an apology for the way he treated me. All other people I've taken off my list have stayed off my list.
  • There was a girl I went to school with who didn't have any friends. I was nice and polite, because that's how I was raised. She started hanging around me and I didn't care one way or the other... until the day we went on a class trip and she tried to climb into my lap, pretending she was asleep. I'm not into girls, and I don't like people I'm not intimately close to touching me or invading my personal space. I shoved her out of my lap and told her not to touch me again. She made a huge stink about it and cried about it, but she never got into my good graces again.
