If they only service bikes bought at their shop then mabey they can do it. If they only refuse to work on your husbands bike I think they may be breaking the law. If I were you I would reconsider my purchase

Is this how they treat people who move into town also? This would not surprise me. When I worked for Volvo I would hear that certain dealers would refuse to do warranty and service work on cars that were not purchased through them. Dealerships are owned by millionaires and you cannot buy class with any amount of money if you are a greedy son of a bitch. This BMW dealer sounds like a real peach.

I bought my Chevy truck out of town and when i brought it in for a recall to the local dealer, they kidded me about not buying it from them. Then they told me that if they have the franchise, they cannot refuse service for the vehicle as long as it is in warranty.
