Does anyone have information on surgery for Ankylosing spondylitis? Does it "cure" A.S.? Is it worth the risks ect...?

That depends on what areas are affected and how it has effected your quality of life. I think if I were in pain all the time, and surgery was indicated or an option I would go for it.
