probably lttle of both.. its hard to base how a movie will be base don its script.. imagine what the movie momento's script looked like...

The money, Lifetime movies are considered a step down for ant big name hollywood actress.

They know it's not a "good" movie...but maybe there's is a little more adequate than most. They do it cuz it's their job...like we all do.
