    Strudel for sure. Sort of like a flakey crust filled with some kind of fruit filling. Apple, raseberry, blueberry, whatever. They are pretty good. Sometimes it has powdered sugar on it and looks like the 2nd picture. I also found a picture from a bakery in Germany. Apparently they have jelly doughnuts too which they call Berliner.
