I have many times. Too many times to count.
-
I don't have any reason to go to bed angry, so No I don't!
-
It is impossible for me to sleep if I'm angry - I usually have to wait until sleepiness overrules anger or until the problem is solved
-
Absolutely. That's the best way to dream of revenge
-
Yes. I did last night. Anger. Bitterness. Sadness. Shame. Didnt sleep well.
-
Yeah, on rare occasions I am pretty much forced to. My husband is less than experienced in the art of communication :(
-
Sometimes it's better to go to sleep angry than continue an argument that might lead to saying things you later regret. Try to sleep on it and face it in the morning.
-
Y'know, I don't have the capacity to be angry long enough to go to bed angry.
-
I was about to say, "Tonight I will," but that's not true. I cannot sleep when I'm angry. I will just go to bed extremely hurt and disillusioned.
-
Never. I don't even think I could convince myself to go to bed angry. I would try, then just lie in bed awake and fuming! That's not very productive...
-
no. can't sleep if I do that or my partner for that matter. We agree to disagree and postpone sorting out the problem until the morning. From past experience, trying to argue my side of the fence and him his, can sometimes make the situation seem especially worse, more so at night.
-
only when it feels like the world is after me but hey what could be better that sleep??
-
Yes because a nap seems to settle my mind
-
Yes but it takes a while
-
