Ever heard of the 3 second rule? Well, you already missed that, so the next time you see her, think of it as a new beginning, and obey the 3 second rule. That means, it probably won't take more than 3 seconds to walk up to her and initiate conversation. The thing is, just don't blurt out "do you want to go out?", because that's highly unoriginal and will definitely not get you the best results. What you want to do with the conversation is to grab her attention, convey your confidence, spark interest and then ask her out. And when you do, don't ask her, tell her that she's going out with you (or that she's taking you out, even better). Of course, you don't want to go "I command you to go out with me", but something along the lines "I'm taking you out to a nice spot, we'll have a cup of something delicious with some good conversation, where do I pick you up?" - keep it brief and compact, no senseless blabbery. She'll appreciate you for it!
