I got a sore throat for about 8 days, after having a cold with a bad cough, any suggestions to remedies?8 days includes the time having the cold as well, It went away for a day then started again after laying in the grass a few hours sleeping

I went to the doctor with a similar complaint in May,and she claimed it was allergies.

- ty for ur answer, that was what I was told being its the middle of July and 90 degrees. I also had about a month ago nasal problems as well. Any advice on how to alleviate the discomfort. it sees to flare up just at night ?

- I wish I could help you. I got very little relief until it just went away. I was sick most of February, and again most of May. I took some anti histamine pills and they helped me get to sleep.
