What do you think about Canada's refusal to admit the refugees on the SS st. Louis?

I am not sure how much guilt falls on Canada over this sad incident. Certainly the US really showed up as being week here. Negotiations for the passengers were conducted by Jewish Relief leaders and the Cuban government. Cuba is who sold these victims out. The nazis were behind the scenes scheming too.
