No not really my mother told me I have been uite independant since I was 12 lol :)

Independence equates to freedom..Jim and I enjoy our freedom very much. Once retired, the world is open to you..no constraints (well, financial of course)..no place you have to be at any particular time..no boss requiring anything of you. That is true independence! :)
