combination of both...criticism is a matter of perception but if that perception is reassured by failure or may lead to failure than i will act on it.

both ,failure and criticism makes me more perfect,because i believe that failures are the pillars of success and criticism let you know the which qualities you have is not acceptable by all.what is negative in you.so after knowing one's negative quality ,its easy to convert it into positive and thus leads you towards success again.
