If she is in the mood then yes. Of course I wouldn't put too much effort in the process, be encouraging without expecting as much perfection as you would with the elder child. You are 'lucky' in that the younger is attempting to mimic the elder - the desire to be a 'big girl' is strong which will go further toward potty independence ;-)

I knew an 18 month old that was pretty much fully potty trained. Some kids just decide to do it very early. She's acting ready so I say go for it!

Children should be toilet trained at 14 months, if she is copying her older sister she is telling you she is more than ready, The only people whom want you to make your child wait longer to be toilet trained are the ones who manufacture disposiable diapers so they can make more money. When we used cloth diapers and had to wash them every day all kids were toilet trained by 14 months!

It is worth a shot. Once they are ready, they are ready. There is no set time.
