if you use this cheat: boolprop TestingCheatsEnabled true typed exactly as you see it and you go to create a family mode press n while holding the shift button. A little message should show up in the right hand corner. now make an adult go to whole outfits and all the way in the back is naked. choose this and finish making your sim when you visit them they will be naked.
