Yes, you can still get married in a Catholic Church as long as you obtain permission from the Bishop and promise not to give up your faith. As well, any children you have will be baptized and educated according to Catholicism.

As for taking the Eucharist, no, your husband cannot do this. He can only receive the sacrament in a Catholic Church if he is Catholic. In order to receive the Eucharist, he would have to convert or continue attending Anglican services.

Yeah I'm not sure about the Catholic thing, If I'm not mistaken they like to limit communion to Catholics and Orthodox.

Communion yes. Here's the sticky part. If anything, it may be your Church that has an issue with his being Anglican. The Vatican still hasn't forgiven ol' 'Enry the 8th. You'd best check with your Priest on this. Hubby to be is fine as a confirmed Anglican, in the eyes of the Anglican Church, to marry in a Catholic ceremony.

Yes and in the RC province of England and Wales, there is no need for any permission from a Bishop so long as the RC party is marrying a baptised Christian and does so in an RC church. This was the case for us: I am Anglican and my wife is RC.

In terms of sacraments, this is a matter of conscience. Some Anglicans see themselves as Catholics (Anglo-Catholics rather than Roman Catholics) not in obedience to the Bishop of Rome. They accept the doctines of transubstantiation and apostolic succession but don't recognise Henry VIII's excommunication. After all the diocesan bishop of Rome had no right to excommunicate someone from outside his own diocese.

The Roman Catholic Church in France appears to accept the giving of communion to Anglicans:
